More about me: I joined MILC September 2023 as an IRIS Consultant. Prior to joining MILC, I spent most of my career in long-term care as an Executive Director of assisted living communities. I have experience working with various client groups, including but not limited to: advanced aged, physically disabled, terminally ill, mental illness, developmental disabilities, alcohol and drug addiction, irreversible dementia including Alzheimer’s, among others. I have a passion for leadership and helping improve the quality of life for the populations I work with.

I am a transplant from Northwest Indiana (my friends say I pronounce certain words funny), but I have lived in Wisconsin since 2009. I have three children, all boys. We are a sports family (we love football!) and enjoy outdoor activities like fishing and camping. I also enjoy playing video games, spending time with friends and family, and expanding my knowledge and skill set.
