Midstate Independent Living Choices, Inc. (MILC) is a non-profit, non-residential organization that supports and promotes the well-being of others. Our dedicated staff is comprised of caring and compassionate people. Fifty-one percent (51%) of our staff and Board members are individuals with varying disabilities. Our goal is to improve and increase opportunities for people to achieve a finer quality of life. Our philosophy of empowering people to see possibilities for participation in the community and independent living through accessibility, advocacy, and support is the cornerstone of our core values.
For 23 years and counting, we’ve been impactful in empowering individuals throughout Central Wisconsin to make choices that allow them to live the life of their choosing. We offer a large variety of services that specialize in the promotion of seeking and achieving the ability to live a better and fuller life.

MILC’s Personal Assistant Services (PAS) provides assistance to adults and children with disabilities in the comfort of the individual’s home and is determined by the consumer’s needs through a Plan of Care.
Services offered are personal care, supportive home care and respite.
MILC PAS offers: competitive wages, flexible scheduling, paid travel for qualifying assignments, and paid training.
