MILC’s Personal Assistant Services (PAS) provides assistance to adults and children with disabilities. Services are provided in the comfort of the individual’s home and determined by the consumer’s needs through a Plan of Care.
Assistance can range from simple personal needs to complex personal care. PAS employees are generally assigned to a series of short-term assignments and may be assigned multiple consumers. The position may require travel. An assignment may end with little or no advance notice.

Full-time, exempt position. $52,000-$56,000 per year
8 a.m.- 4 p.m.
No weekends. No holidays. No on-call.
This position is based out of Stevens Point but travel within service area and statewide required.
Under the direct supervision of the Director of In-Home Services the RN Case Manager will provide case management services for an assigned caseload of consumers and assess individuals to develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans for individuals receiving personal care services in their home ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
