IRIS – Since 2000 MILC has served numerous individuals through multiple programs working for persons with disabilities towards empowerment to make informed choices. We are excited to add IRIS as our newest person – centered program starting in 2016.
MILC IRIS Consultant Agency is committed to serving people with disabilities and frail elders by partnering with them to help plan and direct long-term care support and services to live independent and productive lives within their community. Our services are consumer directed, you self-direct your long term health care needs. Our IRIS Consultants understand independent living philosophies and the importance of self-direction.
